By using CellTech Broadband services, you agree to follow the Service Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and any related policies. These may be updated periodically.


No. All CellTech Broadband services are month‑to‑month.

Yes. New customers receive a 15‑day free tryout period.


Payments are due 14 days from the invoice date.


• Accounts 30+ days overdue become delinquent.

• Service is suspended until the balance is paid.

• A $25 reconnection fee applies after payment.

• Returned checks incur a $35 fee.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle, as long as the request is submitted 3 business days before the cycle ends.


• Customers: No refunds or prorated credits for unused service during the cancellation month.

• If CellTech terminates your service: You may receive a refund for unused prepaid time.


All our equipment must be returned to us within 15 days, or you will be billed for the replacement cost.


Yes. Pickup costs $75, unless cancellation occurs within the first 45 days, in which case the fee is waived.


All antennas, radios, and standard mounting equipment remain property of CellTech Broadband.


No. You may not sell, transfer, lease, or alter any CellTech equipment.


You are responsible for the full retail cost of repair or replacement.


Any Issues with CellTech‑owned equipment


You are responsible for issues caused by:

• Customer negligence

• Power problems

• Computer or device malfunctions

• Damage from storms, trees, vegetation, or obstructions

• Antenna re‑aiming or relocation

• Wiring damage

• Any non‑standard installation issues

These are billed at $100/hour, in 30‑minute increments.


• Up to 200 Mbps down / 25 Mbps up – $150

• Up to 100 Mbps down / 25 Mbps up – $120


Performance depends on:

• Your distance from the carrier tower

• Environmental factors

• Network conditions

All LTE/5G services are best‑effort, meaning speeds are not guaranteed


Yes. A static public IP can be leased for $15/month.


Submit a relocation request with:

• Termination date for old address

• New address

• Phone number

• Move‑in date

Service can remain active at the old address until installation at the new one is complete.


CellTech is not responsible for:

• Internet content

• Offensive or illegal material

• Accuracy or quality of information accessed

Use of the service is at your own risk.
